输尿管术后留置双J管并发症探讨(附107例报告)

摘　　要：目的分析留置双J管后的并发症及处理。方法对2010年1月至2016年1月在我院因各种原因置入双J管病例临床资料进行回顾性分析,探讨并发症发生原因和总结处理方式。结果 107例双J管置管所致的并发症主要有8种,包括尿路感染47例(43.93%)、肉眼血尿8例(7.48%)、腰痛26例(24.30%)、双J管结垢6例(5.61%)、双J管上移7例(6.54%)、双J管下移8例(7.48%)、管腔阻塞致肾积水2例(1.87%)、漏拔双J管3例(2.80%),分别给予对症处理。结论手术后留置双J管出现的并发症通过积极治疗可避免或减轻。Objective To analyze the complications and treatment of postoperative indwelling double-J stent. Methods The clinical data of patients who underwent internal drainage with double-J stent for various reasons from 2010 / 1-2016 / 1 in our institute were retrospectively analyzed. Discussed the causes of complications and summary the disposal programs.Results There were eight kinds of complications of the 107 cases,including urinary tract infection（ 47 cases,43. 93%）,bleeding（ 8 cases,7. 48%）,lumbago（ 26 cases,24. 30%）,double-J stent fouling（ 6 cases,5.61%）,double-J stent up（ 7 cases,6.54%）,double-J stent down（ 8 cases,7.48%）,hydronephrosis caused by lumen occlusion（ 2 cases,1. 87%） and missed pulling double-J stent（ 3cases,2.80%）. All of them were given symptomatic treatment. Conclusions Postoperative complications of indwelling double-J-stent could be avoided or reduced by corresponding treatment.
