摘　　要：目的分析10家三级综合性医院近10年管理类论文产出情况,为医院管理研究和科学化管理提供依据。方法从CAJD和CSPD搜索管理论文,利用Excel 2007和SPSS 18.0进行数据整理和分析。结果 10年内管理论文共1 599篇,统计源论文占66.73%,基金论文占24.33%,被引用率为70.36%。结论管理论文数量总体上呈逐年增加,不同医院之间差异较大;管理研究内容围绕医药卫生事业发展需求;论文整体被引率较高,管理者应慎重对待未被引论文;基金论文质量较高,积极争取基金支持。Objective To analyze the management theses output situation of 10 tertiary level general hos-pitals in Shanghai in recent 10 years, and provide evidence for hospital management research and scientific manage -ment.Methods Management theses were retrieved from CAJD and CSPD , and Excel 2007 and SPSS 18.0 were used for data collation and analysis.Results Staffs of 10 object hospitals published 1,599 management theses in recent 10 years, 66.73% were Statistical Source Journals＆#39;theses, 24.33% were supported by different funds and 70.36% were cited by other theses.Conclusion There has been a gradual increase of the volume of management theses in recent 10 years, and the situation varies between different hospitals ; management researches focus on the demand of health development; citation rate is high, however, non -cited theses should be cautiously treated; the-ses supported by fund have higher quality than others , so researchers should actively seek funding support .
