摘　　要：目的探讨将品管圈实践于医院有害物质管理的有效性。方法选择本院2014年1—9月,品管圈活动实施前的有害物质安全核查数据为对照组;2014年10月—2015年6月,品管圈活动实施后的有害物质安全核查数据为实验组。监测记录有害物质安全核查缺失率,无形成果圈员问卷调查评分。结果实验组有害物质安全核查缺失率明显低于对照组(P<0.01);无形成果圈员问卷调查评分实验组6项评分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论以JCI标准中有害物质管理的衡量要素为准则,使用品管圈的管理工具,降低有害物质安全核查缺失率,提高无形成果,对提高医院安全管理水平,并持续质量改进,有效地管理医院有害物质具有重要意义。Objective To discuss the effectiveness of QCC practice in hospital management of hazardous substances.Methods We used hazardous material security verification data before QCC implementation from Jan -uary to September in 2014, as control group and adopted the hazardous material security verification data after QCC implementation from October,2014 to June,2015, as the experimental group.We monitored and recorded the miss rate of hazardous substances security check and questionnaire scores of the intangible outcomes circle .Results The miss rate of hazardous substances security check of experiment group was obviously lower than control group （P〈0.01）; The questionnaire scores of 6 items in intangible outcomes circle were higher than the experiment group （P 〈0.01）.Conclusion With the principle of JCI standards for hazardous substances management , using QCC management tools can reduce miss rate of harmful substances safety verification and improve the intangible results . It has important significance for improving safety management and continuous quality level of hospital , as well as managing harmful substances in hospital .
