摘　　要：目的探讨护理路径管理对支架取栓治疗急性缺血性脑卒中手术护理配合效果。方法收集34例Solitaire AB支架血管内治疗急性缺血性脑卒中患者临床资料,运用护理路径管理分别从术前、术中、术后三阶段制定路径管理关注要点,实施手术护理配合。结果 32例大血管成功获得部分或全部开通,90天随访临床结果优良患者23例(mRS<2);34例患者自接听电话至股动脉穿刺成功平均时间降至52分钟,至首支血管开通平均时间降至105分钟;术中压疮、窒息等护理并发症发生率为零。结论护理路径管理可有效提高支架取栓治疗急性缺血性脑卒中手术护理配合内涵,利于缩短患者入院至血管穿刺时间,提高团队快速应答能力。Objective To explore the nursing path management for the nursing cooperation effect of the stent embolectomy for acute ischemic stroke operation .Methods Collect 34 cases Solitaire AB coated stent in en-dovascular treatment of acute ischemic stroke patients with clinical data , using nurse path management and pay at -tention to the key points of path management in preoperative , intraoperative and postoperative stages.Results 32 cases of large vessels were partly or completely open .Follow -up 90d excellent clinical results of 23 patients （mRS 〈2）.The mean time of 34 patients from answering the phone to femoral artery puncture fell to 52 minutes, and the time to debut vascular opening dropped to 105 minutes on average.None of the complications like pressure sore or asphyxia occurred.Conclusion Nursing path management can effectively improve the content of nursing cooperation in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke by stent , which helps to shorten the time before the blood ves-sel puncture, and improve the ability of quick response of the team .
