摘　　要：总结48例特殊血管条件的高龄患者同侧肢体异位置换PICC的护理。认为规范导管置换流程,可确保导管安全留置;借鉴导管留置经验,能充分发挥同侧置换优势;细化导管置换环节,可提高置换成功率;加强导管维护管理,可减少非计划拔管的发生。通过规范的护理能降低静脉血栓、肢体水肿、导管异位、穿刺点渗血、感染等并发症的发生。To summarize the nursing care of 48 elderly patients with ipsilateral limb replacement PICC . Standard catheter replacement process can ensure the safety of catheter indwelling ; reference to indwelling catheter experience can give full play to the advantage of ipsilateral replacement ; refinement of catheter exchange can in -crease replacement success rate; strengthening of catheter maintenance management can reduce unplanned extuba -tion.Through standardized nursing , the incidence of venous thrombosis, limb edema, catheter ectopic, puncture point bleeding, infection and other complications can be reduced .
