摘 要:为了提高工业废弃物的综合利用效率,以粉煤灰和城市污泥为主要原料,利用添加造孔剂法制备了多孔陶瓷。利用XRD、SEM表征了陶瓷的晶相和显微结构,并研究了粉煤灰和城市污泥的配比对多孔陶瓷显气孔率、抗折强度等性能的影响。结果表明,当粉煤灰和城市污泥的配比在1∶1~3∶1之间可制备出性能优良的多孔陶瓷;当配比为3∶2时,可制得显气孔率为41.91%、抗折强度为10.06MPa、体积密度为1.32g/cm^3的多孔陶瓷材料。In order to improve the comprehensive utilization of industrial waste, porous ceramic was prepared by adding pore-forming agent with fly ash and municipal sludge as main raw materials. The crystalline phase and microstructure of the ceramics were characterized by X-ray diffraction and SEM. The effects of the ratio of fly ash and municipal sludge on the porosity and the bending strength of the porous ceramics were studied. The result shows that the porous ceramics with excellent properties can be prepared when the ratio of fly ash and municipal sludge is from 1 : 1 to 3 : 1. When the ratio of fly ash and municipal sludge is 3 : 2, apparent porosity of the porous ceramic is 41.91%, bending strength is 10.06MPa, and volume density is 1.32g/era3.
