改性生土压制砌块力学与耐水性能的研究

摘  要:研究了无机、有机和复掺胶凝材料对生土压制砌块力学与耐水性能的影响。结果表明,当成型压强为8 MPa时,生土掺量90%,水泥掺量10%,其抗压强度可达8.6 MPa,软化系数为0.16。单掺水泥改性比复掺水泥和石灰组的生土压制砌块的抗压强度高,因为水泥水化产生更多的C-SH,故使生土砌块的强度更高。当成型压强为8 MPa时,掺K820改性剂2%,砌块的抗压强度可达13 MPa,较纯生土砌块提高近3倍。K820改性剂在土体中形成网络增强体系,增加了土颗粒间界面的粘结强度,使土颗粒更加紧密地连接在一起,提高了生土砌块的强度。the influence of inorganic and organic modified agents and their compound on water resistance and mechanical properties of pressed modification earth blocks was investigated. The experiment results indicated that when the molding pressure is 8 MPa,the compressive strength of earth blocks with 90% soil content and 10% cement can reach 8. 6 MPa,and the softening coefficient reaches 0. 16. The compressive strength of pressing earth blocks with cement is higher than one of cement and lime,due to produce more cement hydration products such as C- S- H gel,which leads to more high strength for pressed earth blocks.As same molding pressure,the compressive strength of earth blocks with 2% K820,is up to 13 MPa,which increased nearly 3 times compared with the pure earth block. The K820 modified agent enhanced network system of the soil body and the bond strength of soil particles,which will be more closely connected together to improve the strength of pressed earth block.
