摘  要:中科院新疆理化技术研究所敏感器件部针对航天海洋领域负温度系数(NTC)热敏电阻器的特殊应用需求,攻克多项关键技术,研发出的NTC热敏电阻产品在国家重要航天海洋工程中获得了广泛应用。在航天领域,应用于长征系列运载火箭、近地轨道卫星、嫦娥探月工程、神舟系列飞船、天宫一号空间实验室等;在海洋领域,应用于国产XBT仪、国产CTD仪等海洋环境监测仪表的研制,为国家建设航天海洋强国做出了贡献。In accordance with special application requirements of negative temperature coefficient (NTC) thermistors used in the aerospace and sea areas, the department of sensitive devices at Xinjiang Technical Institute of Physics & Chemistry of CAS has overcomed many key technologies, and developed many thermistors that have been widely used in aerospace as well as sea engineering.In the space flight industry, the thermistors have been used in the Long March launch rockets, low earth orbit satellites, Change'E (CE) lunar exploration program, Shenzhou spacecraft, Tiangong-1 space-laboratory, etc. In the sea engineering, the thermistors used in the sea environmental monitoring instruments such as domestic XBT and CTD instrument have made a substantial contribution for building a powerful nation in the aerospace and sea areas.
