摘 要:以醋酸锌和氨水为原料,采用均匀沉淀法成功制备出六方晶系结构的纳米氧化锌(ZnO),并借助于FT-IR、XRD、UV-Vis和SEM等表征手段对其结构进行了表征。研究了在500W汞灯照射下该纳米ZnO对甲基橙溶液的光催化降解效果。结果表明,通过该方法合成的纳米ZnO对甲基橙溶液具有良好的光催化性能,降解率达到80.1%。鉴于纳米氧化锌良好的光催化性能,对其今后在光催化领域的发展趋势进行了展望。The hexagonal system structure of nanosized ZnO was successfully prepared by homogeneous precipitation method with zinc sulfate and ammonium hydroxide as the raw materials, and characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The photocatalytic activity of nanosized ZnO was tested by the degradation experiment of methyl orange solution under the irradiation of 500 W mercury lamp. The experimental results show that the product synthesized by this method owns good photocatalytic properties, and the degradation rate of methyl orange solution reaches 80. 1 %. In view of the good photocatalytic performance of nanosized ZnO, the development trends of nanosized ZnO photocatalytic materials are prospected.
