摘 要:设计了一种可用于LED室内定位系统接收机的前端信号调理电路,详细论述了该电路的系统原理与电路构成。重点介绍了光电传感器的选型、前置预放大和滤波电路的设计方法,并且进行了噪声分析和实验测试。测试结果表明,该设计具有良好的噪声性能,探测器灵敏度可达到500nA,带宽为1MHz,满足LED定位系统接收端的性能要求,能够为后续的信号处理模块提供稳定可靠的前级信号。将该电路应用于LED室内定位实验系统,可实现小范围内的准确定位,平均定位误差仅为12.4cm。A front-end circuit used for indoor location based on white LEDs was designed, the principle and structure of which were discussed in detail. The photoelectric sensor selection, pre-amplifier and filter circuit design methods were mainly introduced. In addition, the noise was analyzed and the whole circuit was tested. Test results show that this circuit design has a good noise performance, the sensitivity and the bandwidth of which can reach 500 nA and 1 MHz respectively. The circuit totally meets the performance requirements of LED indoor positioning system. It can supply stable and high-quality front-end signal for the following signal processing module. This circuit was applied to LED indoor location system, and accurate location was achieved. The average location error is only 12.4 cm.
