2型糖尿病合并肝损害患者凝血因子Ⅶ、Ⅷ的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨凝血因子Ⅶ、Ⅷ在2型糖尿病合并肝损害患者中的表达及临床意义。方法应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定30例初发单纯糖尿病患者、30例糖尿病合并肝损害患者、30例其他原因造成的肝损害患者血清中凝血因子Ⅶ、Ⅷ表达水平,并与30例正常对照组比较。结果糖尿病合并肝损害组中凝血因子Ⅶ、Ⅷ表达均高于正常对照组、单纯糖尿病组、其他原因造成的肝损害组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);单纯糖尿病组、其他原因造成的肝损害与正常对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);单纯糖尿病组与其他原因造成的肝损害组相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糖尿病患者凝血因子Ⅶ、Ⅷ的表达在疾病的进展、病情评估及治疗中均具有重要的临床价值。Objective To investigate the expression of blood coagulation factor Ⅶ,Ⅷ in type 2 diabetic patients with liver damage and clinical significance. Methods Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ ELISA）,determination30 cases of diabetic patients with liver damage,30 cases of simple diabetic patients,30 patients with other causes of liver damage in serum blood coagulation factor Ⅶ,Ⅷ expression level,and compared with 30 cases of normal control group. Results diabetic patients with liver damage group,blood coagulation factor Ⅶ,Ⅷ expression were higher than in normal control group simple diabetic patients and other causes of liver damage group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）; Other causes of liver damage and simple diabetes group compared with normal control group,there was no statistically significant difference（ P 0. 05）. Other causes of liver damage compared with simple diabetes group,there was no statistically significant difference（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The expression of blood coagulation factor Ⅶ,Ⅷ in patients with diabetes has important clinical value in the progress of the disease,condition assessment and treatment.
