中药血竭保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎

摘　　要：目的观察中药血竭保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院脾胃科以溃疡性结肠炎为主要诊断的80例患者,按照随机数字表分为2组,对照组40例,采用美沙拉嗪口服治疗,实验组40例,在对照组治疗的基础上采用中药血竭保留灌肠。结束治疗后,观察2组临床症状及内镜活动指数的改善情况,对比2组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗后2组患者临床症状明显改善,实验组的临床有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的77.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后实验组的腹泻、便黏液脓血、腹痛、里急后重等临床症状的评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后实验组内镜活动指数评分明显比对照组内镜活动指数评分低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药血竭具有活血止血、破瘀止痛、去腐生肌敛疮之功效,可清除氧自由基,具有抗炎止痛的作用;也可增加血流量,改善肠黏膜血液循环。应用血竭保留灌肠方法治疗溃疡性结肠炎,药物可直达病所,通过直肠直接进入血循环,使药物得到更好吸收,避免了对损害肝脏及胃肠道刺激,可明显改善临床症状,亦使药量得到充分利用。Objective To observe the traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） dragon＇s blood retention enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis clinical efficacy. Methods To choose our digestive department is main diagnosis of patients with ulcerative colitis,80 cases,according to the random number table were randomly divided into two groups,control group 40 cases,adopt the salad oxazine oral treatment,the experimental group 40 cases,on the basis of the control group in the treatment of dragon＇s blood retention enema using traditional Chinese medicine. After treatment,observe two groups on the improvement of their clinical symptoms and endoscopic activity index,compared the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients. Results In the two groups after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms were improved,the experimental group in the clinical effective rate was 90. 00%,significantly higher than the 77. 50% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; The experimental group after treatment of diarrhea,and mucus clinical symptom such as purulent blood,abdominal pain,tenesmus ratings are lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; Treatment group after endoscopic activity index score endoscopic activity index score significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Medicine dragon＇s blood could activate hemostatic,broken,the pain,to the effect of saprophytic muscle boils,can eliminate oxygen free radicals,have anti-inflammatory analgesic effect; Also can increase the blood flow,improve the intestinal mucosal blood circulation. Dragon ＇s blood retention enema method is applied in the treatment of ulcerative colitis,drugs can be reached what disease directly,through rectum directly into the blood circulation,for better drug absorption,avoid to damage the liver and gastrointestinal stimulation,can obviously improve the clinical symptoms,also make full use of the medicati
