中西医结合治疗血管性痴呆的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗血管性痴呆(vascular dementia,VD)的作用机制及临床疗效。方法采用随机对照的研究方法,选取符合VD纳入标准的轻、中度患者共90例,其中西医治疗组30例,中医治疗组30例,中西医结合治疗组30例,治疗前后采用中医证候评分的方法,观察比较各组的疗效。结果中西医结合治疗组总有效率为83.3%,较中医治疗组及西医组治疗效果为优。结论醒脑益髓汤联合西药治疗VD疗效显著,在改善全身的机能状况及整体调节方面优势显著,对于轻中度VD患者智能减退状况具有明显的改善作用。Objective To observe of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of vascular dementia（ vascular dementia,VD） the mechanism of action and clinical curative effect. Methods Using randomized controlled methods,selection of VD into standard,a total of 90 patients with mild,moderate,and the western medicine treatment group,30 cases of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group 30 cases,combining Chinese and western medicine treatment group 30 cases,adopt the method of TCM syndrome score before and after the treatment,the curative effect of observation comparison between groups. Results Ombine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group total effective rate was 83. 3%,the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and western medicine treatment effect is best. Conclusion Wake up brain and marrow soup combined western medicine treatment of VD curative effect is distinct,in terms of overall improve the function of the body and regulate advantage significantly,decreased in patient.
