摘　　要：慢性伤口是指那些皮损在很长的时间内不能愈合(>6周)或经常复发的伤口。古代医家在治疗慢性伤口方面积累了丰富的临床经验,在中医古籍中记载了大量的祛腐生肌方剂。纵观历代中医典籍关于慢性伤口和祛腐生肌方剂的记载,就其历史沿革而论,可追溯至先秦时期,至明清时期渐臻成熟。通过总结古代医籍中慢性伤口及祛腐生肌方剂,探讨慢性伤口、祛腐生肌法和祛腐生肌方剂的发展源流,更好地继承和发扬祖国医学遗产,发挥中医优势,把古代祛腐生肌方剂中的有用信息传达给学者,希冀能对现代临床有所指导,为有效地治疗慢性伤口提供更多借鉴和新的思路。Chronic wounds are those lesions which can not be healed more than 6 weeks or often relapse. Ancient physicians had accumulated rich clinical experience in the treatment of chronic wounds. Many prescriptions of removing slough and promoting growth of tissue regeneration were recorded in the ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine. Throughout all previous dynasties classics of TCM prescriptions about chronic wounds and prescriptions of removing slough and promoting growth of tissue regeneration,as its history,dating back to the pre-Qin period,to the Ming and Qing dynasties gradually become mature. Through summing chronic wounds and prescriptions of removing slough and promoting growth of tissue regeneration in ancient medical books,explore the development origin of chronic wounds,methods of removing slough and promoting growth of tissue regeneration and prescriptions of removing slough and promoting growth of tissue regeneration. inherit and carry forward the motherland medicine heritage. give full play to the advantages of TCM,convey useful information of the ancient of prescriptions removing slough and promoting growth of tissue regeneration to scholars. hope to guide the modern clinical and provide more reference and new ideas to effectively treat chronic wounds.
