硅酮凝胶敷料防治增生性瘢痕的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨硅酮凝胶敷料防治增生性瘢痕的临床效果。方法本文将136例增生性瘢痕患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各有患者68例。对照组患者采用自粘性软聚硅酮敷贴,治疗组患者采用硅酮凝胶敷料外敷患处,分别观察两组患者治疗3个月、6个月后瘢痕VSS评分,并评价疗效。结果两组患者经过3个月和6个月治疗后,患处瘢痕VSS评分均较治疗前显著减少(P<0.01);与对照组相比,治疗组患者采用硅酮凝胶敷料治疗3个月、6个月后瘢痕VSS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过6个月的持续治疗后,对照组治疗有效率为87.7%,治疗组治疗有效率为90.9%,对照组两组治疗疗程无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论硅酮凝胶敷料防治增生性瘢痕临床疗效确切,长期预后效果与自粘性硅酮胶片无显著差异,可在基层临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the silicone gel dressings clinical effect of prevention and treatment of hyperplastic scar.Methods A total of 136 cases of hyperplastic scar patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 68 cases in each group have patients. Control patients treatment method is to use the viscous soft silicone patches, the treatment group patients treatment is the use of silicone gel dressings topical focus area, two groups of patients were continued for 3months, 6 months after scar rating, using the grading result evaluation of the therapeutic effect of two kinds of treatments.Results After 3 months and 6 months treatment, the lesion scar VSS score of he patients in two groups significantly reduced compared with before treatment（P〈0.01）; The treatment group were treated by silicone gel dressing treatment for 3 months, 6months after scar VSS score difference no statistical significance compared with the control group（P〉0.05）; After 6 months treatment, the effective rate of the control group was 87.7%, the treatment group was 90.9%, there is no significant difference in the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Silicone hydrogel dressings for prevention and treatment of hyperplasia of scar clinical curative effect exact, long-term prognosis and self-adhesive silicone film no significant difference, but at the grassroots level of clinical application.
