SPSS软件在三甲复审重点病种和重点手术数据统计中的应用

摘　　要：《三级综合医院评审标准(2011年版)》实施细则第七章第二节明确要求三级医院需对有关住院重点疾病和住院重点手术进行统计分析并根据该数据进行持续改进,因此如何做到正确、及时、高效地、进行数据提取和统计分析是重要的关键节点。由于涉及的病种和手术多,统计工作需耗费统计人员大量的时间。SPSS是一个功能强大的统计软件,其日期函数、Computer命令、Merge Files命令、Identify Duplicate Cases命令和Custom Table列表能够使得此项工作变得简单。熟练应用SPSS于重点病种和重点手术能为医院提供准确、及时的数据统计分析,值得推广和应用。Section 2, Chapter 7 of the implementation rules of Level 3 General Hospital Accreditation Standards（2011） has clearly put forward a requirement that Level 3 hospitals should collect and analyze the data of severe diseases and operations on in-patients, and thus make proper improvement. Therefore, it is essential for medical practitioners to extract and analyze the data in a scientific, immediate, and efficient method. Since a variety of diseases and operations happen in the hospitals, the analysis work is extremely time-consuming. Hence, we run SPSS to analyze all the data. Its date function, Computer command, Merge Files command, Identify Duplicate Cases command and Custom Table list make the job much easier. Being able to be skillful in running SPSS analyzing the data of severe diseases and operations enables the hospitals to generate accurate and timely data statistical analysis. Therefore, SPSS is worth of further popularization and application.
