摘 要:对双波长激光器的研究有助于改良通过差频方式产生的太赫兹辐射。太赫兹在医疗诊断、物理成像、环境监测等方面应用广泛,近年来成为国内外的研究热点。首先通过键合Nd:YAG晶体产生1319nm和1338nm双波长激光进行理论分析,并在此基础上开展了实验,获得了5.94W的双波长激光输出,激光斜效率19.8%,光束质量因子M2=1.39。The research on dual wavelength laser is helpful to improve the terahertz radiation generated by difference frequency method. Terahertz in medical diagnosis, physical imaging, environmental monitoring and other aspects of a wide range of applications, in recent years become a hot research at home and abroad. In this paper, the theoretical analysis of 1319nm and 1338nm dual-wavelength laser is produced by the simultaneous generation of Nd.. YAG, and the corresponding computer simulation is carried out. The dual-wavelength laser output 5.94W, the laser slope efficiency of 19.8%, the beam quality factor M2 =1.39.
