肛周坏死性筋膜炎20例临床分析

摘　　要：为了分析肛周坏死性筋膜炎的临床特点，为降低误诊和病死率提供临床依据，对我院2010年3月至2016年3月收治的20例肛周坏死性筋膜炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果显示，20例患者有18例治愈出院，平均住院时间（38．7±8．5）d，死亡2例，病死率为10％。治愈患者随访3个月无复发。结果表明，肛周坏死性筋膜炎的预防和治疗关键在于对其病因的深入认识、早期诊断和及时治疗。This study was to analyze the clinical features of perianal necrotizing fasciitis （PNF） and to provide clinical basis for reducing misdiagnosis and mortality, analyzed retrospectively the data of 20 cases with this disease admitted in authors＇ hospital from March 2010 to March 2016 for treatment.As results,in 20 cases, 18 cases were cured and discharged; the average hospitalization time was （38.7 ± 8.5） d;2 were died;the mortality rate was 10%.There was no reccurrence in the cured patients according to the 3 month follow-up.In conclusion,the key of prevention and treatment of PNF lies in the in-depth understanding for pathogenesis,early diagnosis and timely treatment.
