摘　　要：＂十几年前人们还不太把文化产业当成一种产业,几年前中国文化产业还整体徘徊在资本大门之外,而现在,中国的文化产业已初具规模,并于近几年迅速成为资本的‘宠儿＇,文化传媒行业并购数据成倍刷新。＂As one of the big provinces with most abundant Chinese cultural resources and most perfect industry basis,the development of Shandong cultural industry possesses distinctive advantages.Wei Pengju,the dean of School of Culture and Media of Central University of Finance and Economics,said that the investment volume of more than 5 million yuan of cultural industry projects in Shandong in the first half of this year grew year-on-year 17 percent,and therein there were 655 projects with the volume of more than 100 million yuan,with the year-on-year growth of 38.2 percent.The culture industry showed a strong momentum for sustained development.The Action Plan of 'Internet Plus' Culture Industry of Shandong Province and the other policy documents encourage the integrative development of cultural art and finance and support all kinds of funds,investment funds,Angel Fund and so on,to invest in the cultural industry projects of our province,and cultural productshave already become a new investment direction.
