摘　　要：目的：研究农村地区先天性心脏病（Congenital Heart Disease，CHD）患儿家庭陪护人心理焦虑状况，为开展出生缺陷预防及宣传工作提供一定的理论依据和数据支持。方法：采用症状自评量表（Symptom Checklast90，SCL-90）对40名来自农村地区CHD患儿的122名家庭陪护人的心理健康状况进行调查，结合焦虑状态一特质问卷（state—Trait Anxiety Inventory，STAI）对其焦虑情况进行深入研究。结果：CHD患儿家庭陪护人SCL-90的9个因子得分均明显高于国内常模水平，且在躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑和恐怖5个因子差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。CHD患儿家庭陪护人STAI问卷中S—AI部分得分均高于常模水平，T—AI部分得分仅有19～39岁年龄段家庭陪护人得分高于常模水平；在性别方面，虽然CHD患儿女性家庭陪护人S—AI部分及T—AI部分得分均高于男性家庭陪护人，但其差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：农村地区CHD患儿家庭陪护人的心理健康状况总体较差，且具有更多的负面情绪,焦虑情绪严重。Objective To explore the anxiety situation of the family members of children with CHD in the rural areas,in order to provide certain theoretic basis and data support for birth defects prevention and education. Methods 122 family members of 40 children with CHD in the rural areas were investigated with SCL-90 on mental health, and the anxiety situation was further studied with STAI. Results The scores of 9 factors in SCL- 90 of the respondents were all higher than the normal group,and there were significant differences in the five factors including somatization,interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety and fear（P〈0.05）. The scores of S-AI part of STAI in all the respondents were all higher than those of the normal group,but the scores of T-AI part were higher than the normal group only in the age group of 19-39 years old. As for gender,although the female family members had higher scores in both S-AI and T-AI than the males, the difference showed no statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusions The mental health of the family members of children with CHD in the rural areas were poor on the whole,and they had more negative emotions especially anxiety.
