自动痔疮套扎术联合外剥内扎术治疗30例嵌顿痔的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究急诊自动痔疮套扎术(RPH)联合外剥内扎术治疗嵌顿痔的临床疗效。方法将60例急诊嵌顿痔患者随机分成两组,每组30例。A组30例行RPH联合外剥内扎术治疗,B组30例行外剥内扎术治疗。观察两组疗效、术后并发症及患者主观满意度。结果 A组手术时间、切口愈合时间、术后疼痛感均优于B组(P<0.05)。A组术后并发症、症状改善评分及治愈率与B组比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自动痔疮套扎术(RPH)联合外剥内扎术治疗急诊嵌顿痔有手术时间短、切口创面小、术后疼痛轻、切口愈合快,患者满意度高等优点。Objective To study the effect of automatic emergency hemorrhoids ligation combined with Milligan-morgan hemorrhoids on incarcerated hemorrhoids. Methods Sixty cases of emergency incarcerated were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group. Group A were given automatic hemorrhoids ligation（ RPH） combined with Milligan-morgan hemorrhoids,group B were given Milligan-morgan hemorrhoids. The postoperative complications and subjective patient satisfaction degrees were observed. Results The surgical time,wound healing time,postoperative pain in group A were less than those in group B（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in postoperative complications,symptoms score or cure rate between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Automatic hemorrhoids ligation combined with Milligan-morgan hemorrhoids in the treatment of emergency incarcerated hemorrhoids has the advantage of simple,small trauma,less postoperative pain,faster recovery,high patient satisfaction degree and so on.
