摘 要:采用高温固相法合成Cr^(3+)掺杂的CaAl_(12)O_(19)荧光粉,通过添加不同量的助溶剂H_3BO_3,研究了对该荧光粉的合成和发光性能的影响。XRD表明,在1 500℃下合成出了纯的相,助溶剂量在3mol%(占Al_2O_3摩尔量的比)最佳。通过CaAl_(12)O_(19)∶Cr^(3+)荧光粉激发光谱和发射光谱,激发光谱出现了410nm和580nm两处宽峰,分别属于Cr^(3+)的4A_2→4T_1和4A_2→4T_2的跃迁;发射光谱在685nm出现最强峰,属于Cr^(3+)的2E2→4A2的跃迁,不同浓度Cr^(3+)掺杂的发射光谱表明,最佳掺杂浓度在0.5mol%。通过CaAl_(12)O_(19)∶Cr^(3+)色度图(x=0.679 93,y=0.319 83)可以看出,该荧光粉的优良的深红色发光性。Calcium acuminate matrix(CaAl12O19)was prepared at temperatures 1 500℃ by solid state reaction,and the influences of the concentration of H3BO3 on the basis of the optimal Cr-doping amount in CaAl12O19 phosphor are also discussed in detail.XRD indicated a high purity crystalline phase was synthesized at the temperature,the optimal concentration of H3BO3 is 3mol%;a spectroscopy analysis of Cr^3+doped CaAl12O19 based on excitation spectrum and emission spectra was performed.Broad band excitation spectra are observed with 415 nm and 580 nm,respectively owing to the 4A2→4T1and 4A2→4T2transition of Cr^3+ ion,and emission spectra with the strongest emission peak at 685 nm owing to the 2E2→4A2transition of Cr^3+ion.Also the influences of the concentration of Cr^3+ion on the luminescent properties in CaAl12O19 compounds were investigated,which the optimal concentration is 3mol%.CaAl12O19∶Cr^3+is an excellent deep red light-emitting phosphors through its chromaticity diagram(x=0.679 93,y=0.319 83).
