摘  要:种公牛精子畸形率是评价种公牛精液品质的重要指标之一。通过荷斯坦种公牛全株玉米青贮TMR饲养模式与常规饲养模式对种公牛精子畸形率的影响比较,探索全株玉米青贮TMR在种公牛饲养中应用的可行性。试验随机选取年龄、体况相近,采精时间在3年以上,生理状况基本一致的健康荷斯坦种公牛10头,采用单因子试验设计。为消除种公牛个体间差异,用将种公牛分为两个试验阶段进行对比的饲养试验方法完成试验。第一阶段设为对照组,参试的10头种公牛按常规饲养模式进行饲养;第二阶段设为试验组,试验组参试的种公牛与对照组的种公牛完全相同,试验组采用全株玉米青贮TMR饲养模式,全部试验期为12个月。试验结果表明,试验组种公牛精子畸形率极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),说明饲喂全株玉米青贮TMR能够降低种公牛精子畸形率和改善种公牛冻精品质。Bull sperm abnormality rate is one of the important indicators of evaluation of bull semen quality. By compared with conventional feeding pattern of Holstein bulls and whole plant corn silage TMR feeding pattern influence on the bull sperm abnormality rate, the paper studies the feasibility of whole plant corn silage TMR feeding pattern of the bulls. Using single factor experiment design, the test randomly selected 10 Holstein bulls with the age, body condition almost same, and semen collection in time for more than 3 years, basically the same physiological status of healthy. To eliminate a bull differences between individuals, the trial is divided into two phases. The first stage set to the control group, according to conventional feeding mode to feed the 10 bulls; The second set as experimental group, the bulls were exactly the same with the control group, experimental group adopted the whole plant corn silage TMR feeding pattern. The tests lasted for 12 months. The test results showed that the experimental group of bull sperm abnormality rate obviously lower than the control group(P〈0.01), indicating that whole corn silage TMR feeding model has certain effects on reducing bull sperm abnormality rate and improving the bull frozen semen quality.
