摘  要:针对孝义市鹏飞实业有限公司125万t/a焦化装置原粗苯工段洗油消耗量高、洗油循环量小、洗苯塔空塔气速高等问题,进行了技术升级改造。通过新上1台洗苯塔、更换贫富油泵、增加一级贫富油换热器、增加贫油水冷却器面积等措施,塔后煤气含苯质量浓度由7 g/m^3~8 g/m^3降至1 g/m^3以下,每天多回收粗苯8 t,吨苯洗油消耗由60 kg降至40 kg,达到了增产降耗的目的。Technical revamping of the original crude benzene section of 1 250 000 t/a coking unit in Xiaoyi Pengfei Industrial Co., Ltd. was carried out to solve such problems as high wash oil consumption, little circulation of wash oil, high air velocity of the tower, etc. By installing a benzene scrubber, replacing the rich and lean oil pump, adding primary lean/rich oil heat exchanger and increasing the area of the lean oil water cooler, the content of benzene in gas at the tower outlet was less than 1 g/m^3, the daily recovery of crude benzene was 8 tons more than before. Wash oil consumption of crude benzene per ton was reduced to 40 kg and the purpose of production increase and energy reduction was achieved.
