摘 要:为了提高水菱镁石(4MgCO_3·Mg(OH)_2·4H_2O)与高分子材料的相容性,采用硬脂酸对水菱镁石粉体进行表面改性;研究硬脂酸用量对水菱镁石BET比表面积、吸油值、粒度、在有机相中分散与沉降速度等特性的影响,并用红外光谱对表面改性水镁石粉体进行表征。结果表明:硬脂酸用量质量分数为2.5%时,水菱镁石粉体的BET比表面积为9.049 m^2/g、吸油值为0.2425 m L/g,d50=4.58μm、d97=7.96μm,且水菱镁石在有机相中的分散性显著提高,红外光谱表明硬脂酸成功吸附于水菱镁石表面。In order to the improve compatibility between hydromagenesite(4MgCO_3·Mg(OH)_2·4H_2O) and polymer materials, the hydromagnesite powders was modified with stearic acid, the effects of the amount of modifier on the BET specific surface area,oil absorption value, particle size, dispersion and sedimentation properties of hydromagnesite powders were researched, the hydromagnesite before and after modification were also characterized by FTIR. The results show that when the amount of stearic acid is 2.5%, the BET specific surface area, oil absorption value, d50 and d97of hydromagnesite powders are 9.049 m^2/g,2.425 m L/g, 4.58 μm and 7.96 μm, respectively, and its dispersion property in the organic phase is improve obviously, and IR spectrum illustrates that the stearic acid is adsorbed on the surface of hydromagnesite powders.
