摘 要:为研究卧式行星磨的功耗状况,分别采用卧式行星磨与立式磨机的中试粉磨线进行粉磨试验研究和各个单元设备的功耗测量,通过45μm累积筛下和勃氏比表面积来确定粉磨效果,用KHD经验公式折算成300 m2/kg比表面积时所需的单位功耗比较。结果表明:对于长石和重晶石的粉磨,卧式行星磨机相对立磨单机而言,功耗稍偏高,卧式行星磨中试线的系统总功耗较立磨中试线低,立磨粉磨过程中,吐渣率高达20%~30%,行星磨将物料全部粉磨成产品。行星磨提高行星因子,更节能。This paper studied the power consumption of the horizontal planetary mill. The pilot plant test of horizontal planetary mill and the vertical mill was respectively carried out,and than the power consumption was contrasted through measuring each equipment power consumption, calculating the cumulative wass percentage at 45 μm partical size and Blaine specific surface area, computing specific power consumption of300 m2/kg specific surface area by KHD empirical formula. The results show that, when feldspar and barite are grinded, the horizontal planetary mill stand-alone power consumption is slightly higher than the vertical mill stand-alone power consumption, however, the total power consumption of horizontal planetary mill pilot is less than that of the vertical mill pilot, in addition, the total power consumption is gradual decrement with the revolution speed of the horizontal planetary mill increasing.
