摘 要:为实现浆体膨胀复合材料的均匀混合,保证充填体强度,设计利用粉料罐车卸料风力余能进行粉料混合的混料器,基于Fluent对粉料混合过程、内部流场分布、混粉效果等进行分析,并对混料器结构参数进行优化。结果表明:设计的混料器能够满足生产需要,粉料混合均匀度随入料口与出料口面积比增大而逐渐增大,随圆柱与圆台高度比增大,先增大后减小;Fluent模拟从更微观、更本质的角度揭示粉料混合过程中速度场、压力场及颗粒运动轨迹,为混料设备的结构优化提供理论依据。To achieve uniform mixing of inflatable composite material slurry, and ensure the strength of the filling body, a new structure of powder mixer was presented, which made full use of rest wind power in the process of discharging to achieve powder mixed. Based on Fluent software, mixing process of powders,internal flow field distribution and effect of powder mixing were analyzed, and structural parameters of the powder mixer were optimized. The results show that the hybrid method can meet the production needs, and the uniformity of powders increase with the increasing of inlet and outlet area ratio, and increase at first and then decrease with the increasing of cylinder and circular truncated cone height ratio. Fluent reveals the velocity field, pressure field and the particle trajectory in the process of powder mixing in a more micro, more fundamental point of view, providing a theoretical basis for the structural optimization of powder mixing equipment.
