摘  要:针对磁流变液(MRF)的流变机理不明和剪切致稀原因不清的问题,分析磁流变液中软磁性颗粒的受力特点,建立偶极子微观力学模型和三维动态仿真模型,进行磁流变液成链过程与剪切过程的三维动态模拟以及响应时间的仿真分析,直观而形象地描述磁流变液的流变机理和剪切致稀现象形成的原因。仿真结果表明:在剪切作用下,链状结构的破裂是导致剪切致稀的主要原因;磁流变液的响应时间与铁磁颗粒的体积分数成反比。In order to figure out the problems such as mechanism of magnetorheological fluid(MRF) and reason of shear shinning,the forces on particle of MRF were analyzed, dipole model and three dimensional dynamical model of interaction were built, the chaining process, the shear process and magnetic response time were simulated, the chaining mechanism was explored, and the reason of shear thinning was opened out. Simulations show that,under shear rate, rupture of the chain structure is the main reason of shear thinning, and the magnetic response time is inversely proportional to volume fraction.
