摘  要:针对光伏发电随机性强、间歇性明显对电网造成不容忽视的影响,该文提出基于氢储能的纯绿色、电网友好型主动光伏发电系统模型及控制策略。以并网功率平稳为目标,在光伏DC/DC变换器端并入制氢与燃料电池装置,通过光伏与制氢、燃料电池的协调控制,从而实现光伏友好、主动并网。基于PSCAD/EMTDC软件平台,仿真验证该文所提模型及控制方法的有效性及正确性。Because the effect of strong randomicity and intermittency of PV generation on the grid could not be ignored, the model and control strategy of pure green and grid-friendly active PV generation system were proposed based on hydrogen energy storage. Taking smooth grid-connected power as the goal, the hydrogen producing unit and fuel cell were parallel connected to DC/DC PV converter. Through coordinated control of PV system, hydrogen producing unit and fuel cell, friendly and active grid-connected PV system was realized. The validity and correctness of the model and control strategy were verified by simulation based on PSCAD/EMTDC software platform.
