摘 要:为解决工程应用中由于热源频繁波动造成温差发电系统性能严重下降的问题,提出一种带有热开关的新型温差发电系统。建立反映其动态特性的数学模型,并搭建能灵活投切热开关的温差发电原理性实验台。通过数值模拟和实验分析全面研究系统性能。结果表明,带热开关的温差发电系统可有效降低模块热端温度波动,提高系统输出功率和效率;同时,热开关的开启和关闭温度是影响系统性能的关键因素。The performance of the thermoelectric generation (TEG) system in the engineering application decreases seriously due to the frequent fluctuation of heat source. In order to solve this problem, a novel TEG system with thermal switch was proposed. The mathematical model showing the dynamic characteristics of the system and an experimental platform expressing TEG principle with flexible thermal switch were set up. The performance of the system was overall studied through numerical simulation and experimental analysis. The results show that TEG system with the thermal switch can efficiently reduce the temperature fluctuation, increase the output power and efficiency of the system; and turning on or turning off temperature by thermal switch are the key factors affecting the system performance.
