摘  要:以粉碎玉米秸秆为实验对象,利用自行设计压缩模具,采用正交实验法研究预热温度、物料粒度、物料含水率、压缩速度和保压时间对其热压成型的影响,分别得出各因素对成型燃料品质和成型功耗影响的强弱关系;利用综合平衡法对成型条件进行综合分析评价,得出此方式下最优的成型条件为:预热温度100℃、物料粒度3-6mm、物料含水率15%、压缩速度40mm/min、保压时间80s。Using the crushed corn stalks as experimental object, experiment method were used to study the effects of the preheating the self-designed compressing mould and orthogonal temperature, particle size and moisture content of the material, compression speed and dwell time on hot molding, and the strength relationship of effects of various factors on the quality of biomass briquette and compressing power consumption. The comprehensive balance method was used to analyze and evaluate synthetically as follows: preheat temperature of the forming conditions ; the obtained optimal forming conditions in this situation were 100 ℃, material particle size of 3-6 mm, material moisture content of 15%, compression speed of 40 mm/min, the dwell time of 80 s.
