摘　　要：目的探讨正常妊娠晚孕期孕妇血浆D-二聚体（D-dimer）变化特征及影响因素，制定晚孕妇女血浆D-二聚体参考值范围。方法收集正常晚孕待产妇女476例，利用免疫比浊法测定血浆D-二聚体水平，根据不同孕周分为孕28-31娟周组，32-35＋6周组和36～41周组，并进行比较统计分析，计算参考值范围。结果晚孕期血浆D-二聚体与孕周呈正相关性。D-二聚体的95％参考值范围分别为：28-31＋6周为〈2．70mg/L，32-35＋6周为〈2．94mg／L，36～41周为〈3．26mg／L。结论本研究初步建立了使用免疫比浊法测定的正常晚孕期妇女各孕周的参考值范围，为临床相关疾病诊治工作提供依据。Objective To explore the change characteristics and influencing factors of plasma D-dimer among normal late pregnant women, establish reference range of D-dimer for normal late pregnant women. Methods A total of 476 normal late pregnant women were collected, immunoturbidimetry was used to detect plasma D-dimer levels. The pregnant women were divided into 28-31 ＋6 gestational weeks group, 32-35＋6 gestational weeks group, and 36-41 gestational weeks group according to different gestational weeks, then the data was com- pared and analyzed statistically, reference value ranges were calculated. Results Plasma D-dimer levels during the third trimester of preg- nancy were positively correlated with gestational week. The 95 % reference value ranges of D-dimer： 〈 2. 70 mg/L （28 - 31 ＋6 gestational weeks）, 〈2. 94 mg/L （32-35＋6 gestational weeks）, 〈3.26 mg/L （36-41 gestational weeks） . Conclusion The study preliminarily es- tablish reference value ranges of plasma D-dimer during different gestational weeks in late pregnancy, which provides a basis for diagnosis and treatment of clinical related diseases.
