合肥市医疗保健机构新生儿听力筛查工作情况调查与对策分析

摘　　要：目的了解合肥市医疗保健机构听力筛查工作开展情况,找出存在的问题,分析解决对策。方法以全市所有医疗保健机构为调查现场,以各机构从事听力筛查的人员为调查对象,采用自编的调查问卷对机构的设备配置、人员等相关情况进行调查。结果此次共调查132所医疗保健机构,自身开展听力筛查的机构有121所,占91.7%。在121所独立开展听力筛查服务的机构中,采用OAE筛查方法的机构119所,占98.3%,采用AABR筛查方法的机构2所,仅占1.7%;有独立听力筛查房间的机构45所,占37.2%,27.3%的机构在产科病房中筛查,有35.5%的机构听力筛查房间与其他功能房间合用。由产科作为责任科室的65所,占53.7%,由儿童保健科作为责任科室的41所,占33.9%,耳鼻喉科和儿科分别占5.8%和4.1%。全市从事新生儿听力筛查的人员共328人,其中接受过听力筛查培训并取得合格证书的209人,占63.7%;专职人员115人,兼职213人,分别占35.1%和65.9%。结论合肥市近几年听力筛查工作发展较快,与此同时仍存在硬件配置、房屋使用、人员培训、收费管理等方面的问题,今后要加强对医疗保健机构听力筛查工作管理,对不同机构的情况进行针对性的督导和改进,以进一步推进全市听力筛查工作发展。Objective To understand neonatal hearing screening status in medical and health care institutions in Hefei, find out the ex- isting problems, and analyze solving countermeasures. Methods All the medical and health care institutions in Hefei were surveyed, the medical staff of neonatal hearing screening were survey objects, a self-designed questionnaire was used to survey equipment and personnel. Results A total of 132 medical and health care institutions in Hefei were surveyed, and 121 medical and health care institutions carried out neonatal hearing screening, accounting for 91.7%. Among 121 medical and health care institutions carrying out neonatal hearing screening independently, 119 medical and health care institutions adopted OAE screening method, accounting for 98. 3% , two medical and health care institutions adopted AABR screening method, accounting for 1.7% ; 45 medical and health care institutions had independent hearing screen- ing rooms, accounting for 37. 2%, 27. 3% of the medical and health care institutions conducted neonatal hearing screening in obstetric wards, 35.5% of the medical and health care institutions conducted neonatal hearing screening in function rooms. Department of Obstetrics was designed as responsibility department in 65 medical and health care institutions, accounting for 53.7% ; Department of Child Health Care was designed as responsibility department in 41 medical and health care institutions, accounting for 33.9% ; Department of Otorhinolar- yngology and Department of Pediatrics were designed as responsibility department in 5. 8% and 4. 1% of the medical and health care institu- tions, respectively. There were a total of 328 neonatal hearing screening workers in Hefei, including 209 medical workers （63.7%） having certificate of competency after hearing screening training, 115 full- time staff （35. 1%）, and 213 part-time staff （65.9%） . Conclusion Neonatal hearing screening work developed rapidly in recent years in Hefei. At the same time, there were still problems
