摘  要:目的评价产前超声心动图在诊断胎儿不合并室间隔缺损的肺动脉瓣闭锁中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2013-2014年在唐山市妇幼保健院进行产前超声检查并诊断的不合并室间隔缺损的肺动脉瓣闭锁胎儿9例,分析其超声心动图共同特点、产前超声诊断符合率及其合并症。结果产前超声心动图诊断胎儿不合并室间隔缺损的肺动脉瓣闭锁病例共9例,其中8例经引产后证实,1例漏诊,产前超声心动图符合率为88.89%。超声心动图共同特点是均伴有大量三尖瓣反流,3例伴有单脐动脉,1例伴有持续性右脐静脉,6例伴有羊水多。结论产前超声心动图在诊断胎儿不合并室间隔缺损的肺动脉瓣闭锁中具有重要的应用价值,三血管气管切面可以作为诊断的重要切面。Objective To evaluate the application value of echocardiography in diagnosis of fetal pulmonary valve atresia without ven- tricular septal defect. Methods Nine fetuses receiving prenatal uhrasonography and diagnosed as pulmonary valve atresia without ventrieular septal defect in the hospital from 2013 to 2014 were analyzed retrospectively. The common ultrasonographic characteristics, coincidence rate of prenatal ultrasonography, and complications were analyzed. Results Nine fetuses were diagnosed as pulmonary valve atresia without ven- trieular septhl defect by prenatal uhrasonography, including eight fetuses cordiimed after induced abortion and one fetus who was missed diag- nosed, the coincidenee rate of prenatal ultrasonography was 88.89%. The common ultrasonographic characteristics was a large number of tri- cuspid regurgitation, three fetuses were found with single umbilical artery, one fetus was found with persistent right umbilical vein, six fetu- ses were found with hydramnion. Conclusion Prenatal ultrasonography has important application value in diagnosis of fetal pulmonary atre- sia without ventricular septal defect, three vessel trachea view can be used as a critical view of diagnosis.
