摘　　要：采用新开发的涤纶增深剂ZS-D和ZS-S,二浴法组合工艺增深处理涤纶织物。结果表明,增深织物的颜色深度显著提升,颜色纯正,织物手感爽滑,增深效果稳定性较好。二浴法建议的工艺参数为:增深剂ZS-D质量浓度40 g/L,ZS-S质量浓度20 g/L,定形温度170℃,定形时间70 s。Deepening agents ZS-D and ZS-S are novel products for polyester fiber dyeing. The color depth of the fabric is significantly enhanced after treated with two-bath process. The dyeings feature pure shade, smooth handle and good deepening effect. In practical application, the recommended two- bath process is, padding 40 g/L ZS-D followed by 20 g/L ZS-S, then heat setting at 170 ℃ for 70 s.
