摘  要:药粉的流动性和均匀性是影响药芯焊丝生产质量的主要因素之一。碱性药芯焊丝由于加入了大量的氟化物、碳酸盐等比重轻、流动性差的物质,从而使药粉的流动性和均匀性降低,为了改善碱性药芯焊丝药粉的流动性和均匀性,采用Carr指数法和标准偏差法来定量考量药粉的流动性与均匀性。试验发现,药粉的预处理温度对药粉的流动性和均匀性均有影响,当预处理温度达到700℃时,药粉的流动性和均匀性均有提高。Liquidity and uniformity of powder is one of the main factors that affect the quality of flux-cored wire production. Since a large amount of fluoride,carbonate and other illiquid light-weight material were added in the basic flux-cored wire,the liquidity and uniformity of powder becomes poor. In order to improve the liquidity and uniformity of basic flux-cored wire powder,Carr index method and the standard deviation method were used to quantitatively evaluate the liquidity and uniformity of powder. It was found that the pretreatment temperature of the powder affect both liquidity and uniformity of powder. When the pretreatment temperature reaches 700 ℃,the liquidity and uniformity of powder are increased.
