摘 要:管道闪光对焊是一种先进的焊接方法,然而焊后焊缝表面毛刺如何去除是制约该技术推广应用的一个瓶颈,据此设计了一套管外毛刺等离子气刨系统,文中简单介绍了等离子气刨原理及等离子气刨系统,重点分析了等离子气刨前后接头的宏观形貌、微观组织、显微硬度及力学性能等。结果表明,等离子气刨具有较好的去除残渣的效果;气刨后比气刨前的组织结构晶粒大一些,距离熔合线越近这一现象越明显;显微硬度的分布显示气刨前后对母材区并无影响,而在热影响区前者比后者略低;等离子气刨对接头的抗拉强度影响并不明显,但使断后伸长率降低。The flash butt welding of pipeline is an advanced welding method. However,how to remove the burr around the joint of pipeline after flash butt welding still restricts the popularization and application of the technology. In order to solve the problem,a kind of plasma gouging system was designed to remove the outer burr of pipeline. The principle and the system of plasma gouging was simply introduces,the macromorphology,microstructure,microhardness and mechanical properties of joint before and after the plasma gouging were analyzed,respectively. The experimental results show that the plasma gouging system displays a good effect. The size of microstructure and grain after the plasma gouging is larger than that before gouging,which is more obvious at the position close to the fusion line.In addition,the microhardness distribution shows there is no influence on the base metal after plasma gouging,but the microhardness in the heat affected zone is slightly lower after gouging. Furthermore,the influence of plasma gouging on the tensile strength of joint is few,but the elongation decreases.
