试论地理信息系统专业应用型人才培养

摘　　要：当前社会转型期对人才培养提出新要求,为了适应社会需求和发展,高等教育需要更加注重人才的创新性和综合能力。如何培养应用型人才和创新型人才成为重要问题。地理信息系统作为一门交叉学科,集科研价值与现实应用价值于一体,如何培养应用型创新型GIS人才,以满足科技发展和社会需求,成为地理信息系统专业及院校需要解决的关键问题。文章从专业特点入手,结合专业课程设置及未来人才需求趋势,以应用型人才培养为目标,以教学方法改革、教学手段多元化、教学模式创新和教学内容整合等方面为视角,对地理信息系统专业人才培养提出建议思路,旨在提高学生对理论与实践的应用理解,拓宽学生专业视角和眼光,培养地理信息系统专业应用型人才,希望能够为高校应用型人才培养提供参考。New requirements for personal training have been put forward in the current social transformation period. In order to adapt to the social development,colleges and universities need to pay more attention to the innovative and comprehensive ability of talents. How to cultivate applied talents and innovative talents has become an important issue. As an interdisciplinary subject,how to cultivate the applied innovative GIS talents has important research value and practical application value to meet the needs of the development of science and technology. Therefore,the paper starts from the professional characteristics,combined with the professional curriculum and future talent demand trend,from the following perspective aspects： the reform of teaching methods,diversified teaching means,teaching mode innovation and the integration of the teaching content,and it provides suggestions for geography information system professional personnel training,aiming at improving the students on the theoretical and practical understanding of the application,broadening the students’ professional perspective and vision. I hope this paper can provide reference for cultivating talents in colleges and universities.
