摘　　要：在文化全球化发展的21世纪,弘扬和培育民族精神要有马克思主义的世界历史眼光,更要确立世界精神的新视角,充分吸收世界各国民族精神的精华,取彼之长,补己之短。当前,要特别注重适应当代社会转型需求,发展面向现代化的科学精神;消除民族心理上的万里长城,发展面向世界的开放精神;克服因循守旧的保守意识,发展面向未来的创新精神。In the process of cultural globalization in the 21 st century,the cultivation and promotion of the national spirit should have a new Marxist perspective of world history and world- oriented spirit,and fully absorb the spiritual essence of all the countries of the world through learning the strong pints and overcoming the weaknesses. At present,it is necessary to pay special attention to the adaptation to the needs of the contemporary social transformation,develop the scientific spirit catering to modernization,eliminate the major psychological obstacles,further the opening- up to the whole world,abandon the conservative ideas,and enhance the innovative spirit for the future.
