中药取嚏法在防治上呼吸道感染中的应用研究

摘　　要：在梳理中医文献的基础上概述中医学对喷嚏的认识、取嚏法的产生与发展、取嚏法的理论基础、取嚏法在防治上感中的运用以及使用注意,同时结合现代医学研究探讨取嚏法的作用机制。认为鼻交通肺与外界,在外感病的产生中起到重要作用;取嚏法能通过发汗和催吐痰涎达到畅达气机、解肌祛邪、通关开窍的治疗作用。同时由于鼻黏膜内血管丰富、渗透性高,所以经鼻腔给药的药物能有效地作用于全身且吸收程度、速度与静脉注射相当。以滴鼻法为代表的取嚏法在防治上呼吸道感染中相对于一般药物治疗具有独特优势,值得进一步的临床研究。With the review of literature,this paper explores sneezing therapy in the context of traditional Chinese medicine. Sneezing therapy is discussed in generation and development,theoretical basis,prevention and treatment of upper respiratory infection along with the precaution for use and mechanism of action the based on the researches of both modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the nasal organ communicates lung with the outside world,which is important in the cause of upper respiratory infection. Sneezing therapy can cure upper respiratory infection by sweaing and expectoration. Because the nasal mucosa is rich in blood vessels with high permeability,the drug can be effective in the nasal cavity,which absorption rate and absorbing degree is the same with intravenous injection. Sneezing therapy,represented by liquid nasal drops,has incomparable advantages in prevention and treatment of upper respiratory infection compared with normal medical treatment.
