中医治疗急性腰扭伤研究进展

摘　　要：急性腰扭伤是临床常见病,中医药治疗具有一定优势,故对近年来中医药疗法治疗急性腰扭伤的临床研究进展进行了系统综述,对针灸推拿疗法、中药疗法、综合疗法治疗急性腰扭伤进行分类分析和评述。其研究仍以针灸推拿疗法为主,主要进展表现在文献挖掘、规律性总结研究与临床研究相结合,新型特殊针法相关临床研究不断涌现,超短波、红外射频等现代科技手段引入中医药治疗急性腰扭伤领域,并对中医药疗法治疗急性腰扭伤的前景及不足进行了展望。Acute lumbar sprain is a common disease in clinic,and traditional Chinese medicine has some superiority in its treatment. This paper has systematically reviewed the clinical research progress in its treatment with TCM therapy for recent years,especially analyzed and reviewed the treatment of acute lumbar sprain with the following therapies,such as acupuncture and massage,Chinese herbs,combined therapy of TCM. While this paper focused more on the therapy of acupuncture and massage,and its progress mainly manifested in the following aspects,one is the combination of literature mining,summarized regular research and clinical research,the other is the continually spring-up of the clinical study on the special acupuncture therapy in new patterns. And the author also discussed the introduction of modern scientific means in its TCM treatment such as ultrashort wave and infrared radio frequency. At last,the prospect and disadvantages of traditional Chinese medicine therapy treatment of acute lumbar sprain were discussed.
