摘 要:目的通过分析SD大鼠大脑皮层、外囊和尾壳核的扩散峰度参数间的差异性,比较平均扩散峰度(MK)与平均弥散率(MD)对组织变化的敏感性。方法 4组不同年龄的雄性SD大鼠,行颅脑常规MRI(冠状位T1WI和T2WI)及扩散峰度成像检查,测量两侧大脑皮层、两侧外囊、两侧尾壳核的MK值和MD值。采用配对t检验比较大脑皮层、外囊、尾壳核的左右侧别间各统计指标的差异;采用One-Way ANOVA比较各部位间各统计指标差异及同一部位不同年龄组间的差异,进一步分析MK值、MD值对组织微观结构改变的敏感性。结果两侧大脑皮层、两侧外囊、两侧尾壳核的MK值、MD值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两侧大脑皮层、两侧外囊、两侧尾壳核的MK值、MD值不同年龄组间差异均存在统计学意义;3个月、6个月、10个月和13个月MK值在不同部位间差异存在统计学意义,4个年龄组MD值不同部位间差异均不存在统计学意义。结论 MK值较MD值对组织的微观结构改变更加敏感。Objective To contrast the MK and MD estimate derived from DKI in cerebral cortex( CC),external capsule( EC) and caudate putamen( striatum)( CPu) of Sprague – Dawley rats and analyze their sensitivity to the developmental changes in tissue structure. Methods In Sprague – Dawley rats of 4 different age groups( postnatal months 3,6,10 and 13) conventional MRI and DKI were performed. The values of mean kurtosis( MK) and mean diffusion( MD) were measured for CC,EC and CPu. For each parameter,paired-samples T-test was performed to compare the measurements between left and right side,and analysis of variance( ANOVA) was performed to compare the measurements among different age groups and different parts. Comparing the inter-group differences showed the sensitivity to the developmental changes in structure tissues. Results For MK and MD,no laterality was found in the CC,EC or CPu( P〉0. 05). The measurements among different age groups in both side of the CC,EC and CPu were detected inter-group differences,there were significant difference when M3,M6,and M10 was compared with M13 in different parts. While the MD values among different parts at four age groups had no inter-group difference. Conclusion MK is shown to be more highly sensitive than MD to the development changes in the microstructural tissues
