摘　　要：针对当前车辆运行监管数据量大,车辆地理分散等特点,设计一套基于移动终端的车辆监测和管理系统,系统将无线通信技术和ZigBee技术相结合,利用传感器和GSM模块采集车辆位置、状态等基础信息,建立车辆基础信息数据库,构建高效、开放的车辆管理信息平台,实现车辆管理信息化、网络化、智能化。In view of the large amount of current vehicle operating supervision data, vehicle geographical dispersion characteristics, designs a vehicle monitoring and management system based on mobile terminal, system combines wireless communication technology and ZigBee technology, uses the basic sensor and GSM module acquisition vehicle position and state information, the establishment of information database based on the vehicle, builds efficient and open vehicle management information platform to achieve the vehicle management information system, intelligent and networked.
