摘　　要：目的探讨在经后腹腔入路的肾脏手术中,使用Hem-o-lok带尾线的方法牵引Gerota筋膜改善肾脏周围手术视野的可行性及效果。方法收集长海医院2014年6月至2015年6月的29例肾下极偏腹侧肾癌患者在经后腹腔入路行肾部分切除时,使用Hem-o-lok带尾线牵引Gerota筋膜,观察肾脏周围手术视野改善的情况。结果 29例患者均获得了较牵引前更好的术野暴露,顺利完成手术。结论 Hem-o-lok带尾线牵引Gerota筋膜在经后腹腔入路的肾脏手术中能简单、安全、有效的暴露肾脏,减少Gerota筋膜对手术视野的影响。Objective To study the feasibility and efficacy of using hem-o-lok tied with thread to improve the surgical view in retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy. Methods From June 2014 to June 2015, in 29 cases of renal masses located at ventral side of the lower pole, hem-o-lok tied with thread was used to improve surgical view. The views before and after the application of this technique were compared in Changhai Hospital.Results Surgeries were successful in all 29 cases. Surgical view was improved. The application of hem-o-lok tied with thread may improve the surgical view in retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy, and decrease the impact of Gerota＇ fascia.
