玛纳斯县水权水价体系现状及对策

摘　　要：主要对新疆玛纳斯县水权确权制度、水价定价体系及水权交易等问题进行了案例研究。研究了解了玛纳斯县水权水价体制的现状及存在问题,并针对玛纳斯县不同于其他县市水资源条件的现行水权水价制度提出意见建议。This paper made a case study on the ownership system, pricing system and water fights trading and other issues of water fights in Xinjiang County of Manasi. Study of current situation of Manasi county water price system and the existing problems, put for- ward opinions and suggestions on the basis of full investigation in Manasi county and other counties in different water resources conditions of the existing water fights price system.
