摘  要:将含有抗菌肽、溶菌酶、凝集素等多种生物活性物质的柞蚕免疫活性蛋白添加在肉仔鸡饲料中,研究其对肉仔鸡生长性能及免疫功能的影响。试验选择1日龄体质量相近的AA肉仔鸡200只,随机分为5组,每个处理5个重复,每个重复8只鸡,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,抗生素组为基础饲粮中添加抗生素0.05%,试验组分别为基础饲粮中添加1%、5%、10%柞蚕免疫活性蛋白,试验期为28 d。结果表明:1试验各组和抗生素组平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),其中试验Ⅱ组最好,与对照组相比增幅达到41.15%,试验Ⅲ组平均日采食量显著低于抗生素组(P<0.05),其他各组之间差异不显著(P>0.05),试验各组料重比均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组均显著低于抗生素组(P<0.05)。2试验各组脾脏指数、法氏囊指数均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组胸腺指数显著高于抗生素组和对照组(P<0.05)。3试验Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、抗生素组鸡血清中Ig G、Ig M的含量较对照组显著增加(P<0.05),试验各组的Ig A含量较对照组显著增加(P<0.05),试验各组C3的含量较对照组和抗生素组均有显著增加(P<0.05),除了试验Ⅰ组以外,其余各组C4的含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组均显著高于抗生素组(P<0.05)。由此可见,日粮中适量添加柞蚕免疫活性蛋白可以提高鸡的生长性能和机体的免疫功能,可以替代抗生素用于肉鸡词养,推荐添加量为5%。Tussah immunological protein (TIP) included kinds of bioactivity substance such as antimi- crobial peptide,lysozyme, lectin was used as a dietary supplement to investigate its effects on the growth performance and immune function of broilers. 200 1-day-old AA broilers with the same weight were randomly divided into 5 treatments with 5 replicates of 8 chickens each. Broilers in the control group were fed a basal diet, while those in experimental groups were fed on basal diet supplemented with 0.05% antibiotics, 1%, 5% and 10% TIP (experiment Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ), respectively. The experi-ment lasted for 28 days. The results showed as follows: ① the average daily gain in antibiotic group and TIP-supplemented groups was signifi- cantly higher than that of the control (P〈0.05), while the group of experiment Ⅱ was found the highest value which increased by 41.15% than the control group.The average daily feed intake in the group of experiment Ⅲ showed the signifi- cantly lower than antibiotic group (P〈0.05), andthere was no statistical difference among the other groups. The ratio of feed to gain in all the dietary supplement groups were significantly lower compared with the control (P〈0.05),and the group of experi- ment Ⅱ and Ⅲ showed significantly lower than antibiotic group (P〈0.05). ② the spleen index and the bursa of fabficius index of the all experimental groups showed significantly higher than that of the con- trois (P〈0.05), while the thymus index in the group of experiment Ⅱ and Ⅲ was found significantly in- creased than the group of antibiotic and control(P〈0.05).③ the serum immunoglobulin G and immuno- globulin M content in the group of experiment Ⅱ, Ⅲ and antibiotic was significantly improved when compared with the control (P〈0.05), and all the dietary supplemented groups exhibited significant high- er immunoglobulin A content than that in control group(P〈0.05). C3 content in TIP supplemented groups was found significantly enhanced
