摘 要:病毒性肝炎仍为常见多发的感染性疾病。维生素D是人体必需的一种固醇类衍生物,参与调节钙磷吸收、免疫与抗炎、细胞增殖与分化等重要生命活动。新近发现,病毒性肝炎患者维生素D普遍缺乏,维生素D又具抗病毒作用,凸显出维生素D与病毒性肝炎的正相关性。本文综述维生素D的代谢补偿途径、受体信号通路与病毒性肝炎发生的分子机制,拟构建基于维生素D的病毒性肝炎发生、诊疗新策略和新方法。Viral hepatitis is still a common infectious disease with high frequency at present. Vitamin D, an essential derivative of steroid, plays a major role in calcium and phosphate homeostasis and is also involved many life activities such as immune responses, anti-inflammatory, cellular proliferation and differentiation. Recently, vitamin D deficiency has been identified to be a common feature of viral hepatitis. Besides, vitamin D has anti-HCV activity in vitro. These results strongly indicated there is a positive association between vitamin D and viral hepatitis. In this review, we have summarized the molecular mechanisms of vitamin D, its metabolisms effecting on viral hepatitis, as well as vitamin D/vitamin D receptor signal pathway. We hope this review could provide theoretical clues for making novel prognostic and treatment strategies in viral hepatitis based on vitamin D.
