摘  要:为研究岩层断裂行为,利用透射式静态焦散线实验系统,采用铝-环氧树脂层状试件模拟岩层结构,进行了静态三点弯曲实验。通过观察和测量不同试件以及在不同加载条件下裂纹尖端焦散斑特征尺寸的大小,分析了铝-环氧树脂层状结构Ⅰ型裂纹尖端静态断裂行为特性,并与ABAQUS数值模拟的结果较好地吻合。实验结果表明:1相同加载力F下,裂纹尖端Ⅰ型焦散斑特征尺寸D及应力强度因子值KI随试件所含铝板宽度w的增加而减小;2试件中铝板对裂纹尖端阻裂作用随着加载力F值增加而增强,其焦散斑特征尺寸值D与加载力F关系曲线D-F及应力强度因子值KI与加载力F关系曲线KI-F均呈现先上升、后变缓、再上升趋势;3铝板宽度w越大,则其对裂尖的阻裂现象出现越早。For the purpose of studying the fracture behavior of layered rock material, the static three-point-bend experiment of aluminum-epoxy resin layered structure specimen was performed by using the static caustic experimental system and I-mode crack' s static fracture behavior characteristics were studied by observing and measuring the feature size of the crack tip caustics of different specimens which were under different loads. The results showed as follows : (1)I-mode crack' s caustic spots' character diameters and stress intensity factors (SIF) went down as the weight of aluminum layered increased under the same static load. (2)The resistance effect of aluminum towards the crack was enhanced as the static load increased. The curves of D-F and K I -F showed a trend of climbing up, tuning slow then increasing. (3)The resistance to crack tip appeared earlier as the weight of aluminum grew up.
