摘 要:针对5G热点高容量场景下的60 GHz脉冲无线通信系统中信号幅度衰落引起的误码问题,研究了该系统中Raptor码的误码性能。根据60 GHz短距离通信系统特点,采用IEEE 802.15.3c工作组建立的60 GHz无线信道模型,在此基础上分析了编码系统接收信噪比;然后结合信道编码理论,对不同编码方案进行误码性能仿真,重点对两种不同的Raptor码的编码增益、译码开销及通信距离进行对比。研究结果表明,采用1/2码率的QCLDPC预编码的Raptor码在接收信噪比大约为5 d B时,相较于未编码系统拥有4.5 d B的编码增益,同时最大通信距离为70 m,为未来5G高频新空口热点高容量场景下的60GHz短距离通信系统信道编码提供技术参考。In order to solve error-code problem caused by signal amplitude fading in 60 GHz pulsed wireless communication system for 5G ultra dense network, the performance of Raptor codes was studied in this system. According to the features of 60 GHz short distance communication system, 60 GHz wireless channel model established by IEEE 802. 15.3c Working Group was used, and the signal to noise ratio(SNR) of coding system was analyzed based on the model of the channel, and then combined with channel coding theory, the bit-error-rate(BER) performance with the different coding scheme was emulated, focusing on the comparison between two different Raptor code in coding gain, decoding overhead and communication distance. The results show that Raptor code uses QCLDPC pre-coding with 1/2 coding rate has 4. 5 dB coding gain improvement compared to uncoded system, and the maximum communication distance is about 70 m when the receiving SNR is about 5 dB. It provides the technical reference for channel coding of 60 GHz pulsed wireless communication system of ultra dense network of 5 G high |Yequency air interface in the future.
