摘 要:现有收费亭为了具有较好的观察视界,而采用大面积的玻璃窗,导致其较差的热工性能,不利于保温节能。基于收费员的视野特性,对收费亭玻璃尺寸进行了优化设计,使各朝向玻璃在原有尺寸的基础上得到了缩减;并分别计算了优化前后的收费亭窗、墙的传热系数,最后以天津市公路收费亭为例,对比分析其优化前后在采暖期内窗、墙的传热量,得出优化玻璃尺寸在一定程度上提高了收费亭的节能效果。In order to have a good visual field, the existing toll booths adopt glass windows with large area, which results in the poor thermal performance of toll booths, and are not conducive to heat preservation and energy saving. The optimal design of the toll booth glass size is optimized based on the properties of visual field of toll col- lectors, and the glasses towards each directions are reduced on the basis of the original size. The heat transfer coeffi- cients of the windows and walls of toll booths before and after the improvement are both calculated, and finally, taking the highway toll booths in Tianjin city for instance, the heat transfer quantity of windows and walls after the improvement in the heating period is analyzed in contrast the former, and that optimizing glass size improves the energy saving effect of the toll booth to a certain degree is proved.
